Can I put things in my car?

Yes we allow up to 100 lb's of your personal belongings in the truck of the car and in the back seat as long as it does not pass the window line.


What are my payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Cashiers checks and cash. What ever payment method you decide on it must not change from the time the car is picked up to the time the car is delivered to avoid any issues or delays.


How long will it take for my car to get delivered?

A good rule of thumb is up to 1.5 days for every 500 miles. This could vary as the order of pick up and delivery of all of the vehicles makes a difference. We will know the order before the car is picked up.


Is my car insured?

Yes the insurance can be provided at your request before the car is even picked up. We will do a walk around inspection to mark off any scratches or dents if it has any then have the contact on the pickup end sign off and then the same inspection will be done on Delivery.


Is it door to door service?

YES, as long as the streets are accesible to the 70'+ car haulers then YES but if there are low hanging tree branches or narrow streets then we may ask to meet you in a more desirable place for drivers.


Will my car change trucks?

Not unless we prearranged a local truck to pick the car up, otherwise it will stay on the same truck as the one that picked it up.
