1. When you book with Nationwide Car Shipping LLC a deposit is
charged once we assign a driver to pick up the vehicle(s). The
balance is payable at the time of delivery to the driver in the
form of Cash, Cashiers Check or money order only. We offer our
customer(s) the ability to charge the whole amount on a credit
card for an additional processing fees of $85.
2. Once a driver is assigned, customer will be notified of the
amount that is to be charged to their Credit Card(s) and the
amount that will be due to the driver upon delivery of your
vehicle. The amount charged to your credit card plus the amount
due to the driver on delivery will never exceed the total
amount, unless it is agreed upon processing fee of $85 to have
the whole amount of your order charged to your credit card.
This service is optional.
3. Nationwide Car Shipping LLC, will not be responsible for any
loss or damage done to personal belongings during the
transportation of a vehicle only the vehicle being transported
is insured. The customer assumes the full risk and
responsibility for any personal items that are placed inside a
vehicle that is being transported. The department of
transportation does not allow the transportation of "personal
items" in a vehicle that is being hauled by an auto carrier.
4. The customer will prepare the vehicle for transportation by
disarming alarm systems, removing all loose and protruding
accessories from the vehicle (example: broken spoilers, roof
racks and/or loose parts of your vehicle that will fall off
during transport) for the safety of your vehicle and its
surroundings.
5. While every effort will be made to meet the customer’s
requested scheduling, no guarantee of pickup or delivery date
can be made, expressed or implied. Delays may occur due to
carrier schedules, mechanical failure, inclement weather, and
unforeseen circumstances. If the customer insists on pickup or
delivery on a specific date, special arrangements could be made
with additional charges. All dates of pick up and delivery are
estimated and not guaranteed. Nationwide Car Shipping LLC, will
not be responsible for any charges incurred due to delay of pick
up or delivery. This includes but is not limited to airline
tickets or rental car fees.
6. The customer agrees to make full disclosure to Nationwide Car
Shipping LLC regarding operational status of the vehicle, and
any modifications that have been made to the vehicle, such as
but not limited to vehicles that have been lowered, raised, or
have oversized tires. If the customer’s vehicle is unable to be
driven on and off the carrier under its own power, if vehicle's
brakes are insufficient to stop the vehicle or if for any reason
the vehicle is found to be inoperable, additional charges will
be added at customer's expense, no exceptions. Transporter's
minimum inoperable fees may be greater and will apply if
warranted... Additional terms and conditions will apply and may
appear on the Bill of Lading/Condition Report. The customer and
his agents agree to fully inspect the vehicle at both pickup and
delivery, and annotate any and all damages on the carrier's Bill
of Lading/Condition Report before the driver leaves. Any claims
for damages not annotated on the bill of lading/Condition Report
will not be honored! Inspect your car completely! Nationwide Car
Shipping LLC will not be responsible for any damages. All claims
for in transit damage must be addressed to the transporter.
7. "Door-to Door" Service means the carrier will get as close to
the stated address as is legally and safely possible. Customer
and/or his agent agree to meet the truck at a large parking lot
for pickup and/or delivery if requested by the transporter.
8. Customer is free to cancel the shipping order without penalty
as long as a transporter has not been assigned and/or no
services have been rendered. If a carrier has been assigned to
transport your vehicle (s), the fee of cancellation will be the
amount of deposit plus a 7.5% processing fee of any amount
greater than the deposit is refunded to your credit card.
9. All subrogation, litigation, or legal action against
Nationwide Car Shipping LLC, must have right of venue in the
state of Florida.
10. If a customer double books the shipping of their vehicle (s)
with multiple transport company (in that case two or more
carriers will be picking the vehicle (s)). Or if a truck is sent
to pick up the vehicle and it is not made available for pick up,
for any reason, a dry run charge will apply in the amount of
$250.00. A transporter is not required to wait to pick up a
vehicle or to deliver a vehicle. If you make a special
arrangement with the driver for him to wait, until the vehicle
is available, any fees assessed, will be between you and the
driver, and made payable solely to the driver, either at time of
pick up or at time of delivery.
* Please note: This $250.00 dry run fee, is in addition to the
normal quoted shipping rate.
11. If the customer or their agent(s) are not available to take
delivery of the vehicle(s), the vehicle will be taken to the
closest terminal as designated by the carrier. All
terminal/storage fees, COD's and any other possible additional
trucking charges will be made payable to the carrier.
12. Nationwide Car Shipping LLC, is a licensed bonded and
registered broker and any claims of delay, damage, non delivery,
theft, or otherwise arising from or in connection with the
transport of a vehicle must be filed with the transporting
carrier, Nationwide Car Shipping LLC, will not be liable in any
event of any such claims, actual or alleged.
13. I certify that I am the legal owner or agent of the vehicle
being shipped; I am the responsible party and am of legal age to
enter into this agreement.
14. Every cancellation of any order (s) placed with Nationwide
Car Shipping LLC, has to be communicated via written request:

I hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions as listed. Proceeding
with the order is evidence of having read and agreed to all the
terms and conditions without exception.
