Review:After doing my homework on auto transport companies and the industry as a whole....I thought I had found the company we were going to ship with. They were affordable, said all of the right things and were EAGER to get my order started. I decided to not let them rush into setting everything up and decided to check this site out before moving forward and I am so glad that I did. The company I had been speaking with had an F with the BBB and horrific reviews on this site.
While reading those reviews I found a review that someone had left about NCS. They went on and on about how smooth the process was with them and how there was no pressure while speaking with them. I decided to call and immediately got the same impression. Jeff was very laid back and easy to work with. I asked him if there was anything else I should know or that he might like to tell me about the company and he simply said "take a look at our reviews on transportreviews.com and that'll do the talking for me". Cut and dryt. After asking Jeff if he could match the quote I had been given...he quickly told me that he would have to check into the route and determine what that route was going for with drivers and said he would give me an honest analysis of what he thought drivers were taking(since NTS is a broker). I automatically figured he would call me back and with a sales pitch and say drivers werent taking that amount but that they would take $_______(a higher figure). Instead, he called and said he had not only found a driver that would take the offer but that he could pick it up that day.
From that point on.....everything was effortless. The driver said he could pick up after 3:00, he arrived at 3:15. I was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery...the vehicle arrived in 4. I can not stress enough how pleased I am with this company and their service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else looking for an honest and worry free experience and will definitely use them again in the future.
"We will do anything to make sure that it is a pleasant experience" is their slogan on their website and I believe they mean it.

Review:At first I was dealing with a company who told that they can get my car shipped for a low price and they placed me on a board that I knew nothing of.. I thought they could get me shipped with the price they gave me.. but Mark told me that they would call asking for more money.. and they did.. what I liked about Mark is that he was honest from the start and told me that no one will moves the car for that cheap and he was right! So I ended up going with Nationwide who gave me a honest price and date... he gave me the price and said that he can get it picked up the next day and have it here by the date I requested and that's what happened .. thanks, Mark and Nationwide I rate this company a million stars on my behalf because of the great work and honesty.

Review:I used this company to ship my car from New York to Georgia and they did a great job. From my first phone call with the delivery company until the car arrived in Georgia the organization seemed very professional and thorough. The person I spoke to by phone was courteous. The car I shipped is my favorite car and I was reluctant to put it in a truck to be shipped. But thinking about all the mileage that would be put on it if I drove it myself also made me uneasy. All the employees I interacted with seemed to understand my hesitation and were very reassuring. The car arrived on time and without any damage. And since this is my favorite car I inspected every inch of it inside and out when it arrived. My wife began to worry when she saw me slide under the car with a flashlight in hand to inspect there as well. Like I said earlier, no damage could be found. I was very mpressed with the drivers as they were very professional and adjusted for some last minute changes in my schedule. The delivery truck was clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend using this company in the future.
